If you subscribed to Jamzone through Google Play, you can manage or cancel your subscription directly from your device settings.
To manage your subscription
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Jamzone.
- Change or cancel your plan as needed.
Tips
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If you don’t see Jamzone, make sure you’re signed in with the correct Google account.
- To switch to a web subscription (for example to use a voucher), cancel first via Google Play, then subscribe again on the website.
