If you want to cancel your Jamzone subscription, the steps depend on where you originally subscribed (website, App Store, or Google Play).
Cancel a subscription via the website
- Log in at jamzone.com/login.html
- Go to My Subscription
- Click Cancel my subscription
Cancel a subscription via the App Store or Google Play
If you subscribed through a mobile app store, you must cancel directly from that store:
Downgrading to a Free account will remove your downloaded songs. Your setlists will remain retained and will be restored if you subscribe again.
Tips
- Canceling stops future payments, but you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- After cancellation, downloaded songs are removed, but your setlists will be retained.
