How to create a Jamzone account?

Creating a Jamzone account allows you to access your personal library, create setlists, save your song settings, and subscribe to a plan. Your account also syncs your data across multiple devices for a seamless experience.

Create a Jamzone account from the app

1. Open the Jamzone app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Login / Create Account
4. Tap Create Account
5. Enter your email address and choose a secure password
6. Tap Create my account to confirm

You will receive a welcome email, and your account will be ready to use.

Create a Jamzone account from the website

1. Go to https://dev.preprod.jamzone.com.office/login.html
2. Click Create an account
3. Enter your email address and password
4. Confirm your registration

You can now use your account across all your devices.

Using your account on multiple devices

Your Jamzone account can be used on up to three devices simultaneously. Your settings (mix, tempo, loops, diagrams, etc.) are automatically synchronized when you are connected to the internet.

Subscribe to a plan

From the website (recommended – about 10% cheaper)

1. Go to https://dev.preprod.jamzone.com.office/offers.html
2. Log in with your Jamzone account
3. Choose your plan (Premium or Pro)
4. Enter your payment details
5. Confirm your subscription

From the app (App Store or Google Play)

1. Open the Jamzone app
2. Go to Settings > Subscription
3. Choose a plan
4. Confirm via your app store account

Subscriptions renew automatically every month. You can cancel at any time.

Tips

• Use a valid email address that you can access to reset your password if needed.
• Check your spam folder if you don’t receive the welcome or confirmation email.
• One account works across all platforms (iOS, Android, Mac, Windows via emulator).
• Subscriptions via the website are usually cheaper (no app store fees).
• Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.
• You can switch from a mobile subscription to a web subscription after cancelling via the app store.
