How to reset my password?

If you forgot your Jamzone password, you can quickly reset it from the app or the website and regain access to your account.

Reset your password from the app

1. Open the Jamzone app
2. Go to Settings > Login / Create Account
3. Tap Password lost
4. Enter the email address linked to your account
5. Check your inbox and follow the reset instructions

Reset your password from the website

1. Go to jamzone.com/login.html
2. Click Password lost?
3. Enter your email address
4. Follow the instructions sent to your email

Tips

• Make sure you enter the same email address used when creating your account.
• Password reset links expire quickly—request a new one if needed.
• If you signed up using Apple or Google login, use that method instead of a password.
