How to manage my subscription via App Store?

If you subscribed to Jamzone via the App Store, you can manage or cancel your subscription directly from your device settings.

To manage your subscription

1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your profile icon (top-right).
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Select Jamzone.
5. Choose to change or cancel your plan.

Tips

• Make sure you're logged into the correct Apple ID.
• If you want to switch to a website-based subscription or use a voucher, cancel your App Store subscription first.
• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
