If you're experiencing issues with Jamzone or want a clean setup, you can uninstall and reinstall the app on your Mac in just a few steps.
Uninstall Jamzone
- Open your Applications folder.
- Locate Jamzone.
- Drag it to the Trash, then empty the Trash.
Reinstall Jamzone
- Open the Mac App Store.
- Search for Jamzone.
- Click Get, then Install.
After reinstalling, log back into your account to restore your songs and setlists.
Tips
- Reinstalling does not delete your playlists and settings, but you may need to redownload your offline songs.
- Make sure you are connected to the internet to sync your library after reinstalling.
