Jamzone can automatically detect external audio interfaces, allowing improved sound quality and advanced channel routing, especially useful for Pro users.

To set up an audio interface

  1. Connect your audio interface to your Mac via USB.
  2. Open Jamzone, which will automatically detect new output options.
  3. If you have a Pro subscription, open the Mixer, then tap the Routing icon.
  4. Assign each track to a physical output on your interface.

On Apple devices, Pro users can configure different routing maps for each audio interface (e.g. 2-channel or 8-channel setups).

Tips

  • For best results, use a class-compliant audio interface (e.g. Focusrite, Behringer, Tascam).
  • Jamzone remembers routing settings per song and per interface.
  • Always test your levels and routing before a live performance.
